Dreams of Jennifer and Brad and Angelina... OH MY!

So...I loved the Oscars...I mean sitting-there-in-my-chair-staring- at- the- TV-loved-the-Oscars!
I loved all of it and fell asleep exhausted thinking about how there was really only one uncomfortable moment...
I felt badly for Jennifer Aniston that she had to present with Jack Black ( Nice, but why couldn't it have been someone like the new James Bond, Daniel Craig?) in front of her ex-husband and his new "wife" and mother of his half dozen kids!
I fell asleep thinking ...."Why did they have to put the camera on the happy couple while she was talking?" It was the icky feeling...

My Hubby woke me up really early and I was dreaming and in my dream...

I was Brad Pitt's ex-wife and I had to speak in front of a lot of people including him and his "new wife!"

"Honey... I am going!" he said
I open my eyes and see My Hubby and I am overjoyed that HE is my Hubby and I am NOT the ex-wife of Brad Pitt...I swear this is my actual thought process...which I apparently express out loud!
Hubby clearly confused!
So...I do what rational people do...I explain.
"You, see I was dreaming I was Brad Pitt's ex-wife and I had to talk in front of a lot of people, including him and his "new wife!"
"I am so glad you are my Hubby!" I say.
Hubby responds with comment that will live in Ronda's Infamy (actual place you don't want to go there)

"But Ronda, if you were Brad Pitt's ex-wife we would be RICH!" Hubby says.
"Yes...but then I would be Jennifer Aniston..." I say through clenched teeth!
"Oh...yea..." Hubby smiles.
Neither one of us have figured in the "John Mayor" factor!

Don't forget to Vote for Sara and enter the drawing for the iPod nano on February 27!
Good Luck!

I absolutely love the Oscars. For the last 10 years I have watched every nominated movie and made my own picks. Don't tell anyone this, but I'd rather watch the Oscars than any football game. However, with our satellite dish being broken late last week, I missed them for the first time that I could ever remember. Thankfully, the internet let me keep updated to the winners or losers.

I'm going with you were the wife BEFORE Jennifer Aniston (you got him during his formative years... and when he was at his sexual peak ;). Oh, and you had this really great divorce settlement, where you get, oh, like 25% of his earning for The. Rest. Of. His. Life. Oh, and you share it with your bloggy friends, while spending the rest of YOUR life with your current hubby, all happy and snug in Florida. Cool?

You are so funny.

I only watched bits n pieces last night....but that is one piece I caught. I thought it was in poor taste they kept cutting to Brad and Angelina....seriously....they've had a bajillion kids together now....they are all over it.....we should be too.

Dreams can be so funny AND revealing. We have had some fun interpreting dreams in the past. Sara watching has been fun. I try and find ways to vote more often(with different email addresses for ex.) Sure hope we are still getting the word out. Maybve I will post about voting for her again.

Have a great day!

I hate waking up in the middle of a dream and trying to apply it to the moment. Especially hate when I think we are fighting because of a dream. Big fun!

I came in late...I hate myself. They were talking about it this morning. I can't believe I missed it.
I'm glad your not married to Brad...even though we would all be congruagating at your house non stop. Ok maybe just me.

Isn't if funny how we all feel sorry for Jennifer and would like to have her over? She seems so approachable.

I loved all of it except I was sooo embarrassed for Sophia Loren... my goodness she looked horrid. Like she was trying way too hard.

I don't watch awards shows very much. Actually, ALL of TV programming has taken a backseat to the computer these days. I did, thankfully, walk into the room just when Cassie turned on the show and they were announcing my Heath as the winner. So I sat and cried for a few minutes and then moved on!

Oh, and just to clear this up, you wouldn't WANT to be Jennifer Aniston? Short of her bad luck with love, it would totally rock to be her! (And I love the hubby smiling at that part too! lol)

I watched the Oscars, too. I felt the same way as you, when they had Jennifer presently with that goof ball. And they kept showing Brad and Angelina right there. But she was probably prepared for it, and could care less (I hope). Did you think the show got a little boring at times? I did. But most of those award shows do I guess. I love Meryl Streep, she is so classy looking.

The Brad/Angie/Jennifer triangle always makes me think of Eddie Fisher/Elizabeth Taylor/Debbie Reynolds.... (And how freaking old does that make me sound?)

Oh, that love square is so juicy!!! Loved how they kept shooting Angelina when Jen was speaking. Classy!

I may have been a bad influence. My own lackluster life has filtered directly into your thought process. For that I am sorry.

But it is fun, isn't it?

Ronda you are too funny! I saw what you saw and felt uncomfy for Jen too...but she is a class act...just like you...

I just put up day 5...I appreciate your support during the love dare!

So how did Jen hold up to that? Did she do ok? I hope so. I love Jennifer Aniston. She is totally classy and seems like such a nice person. As for Angelina I can't stand her.

Oh that made me so uncomfortable too! So cringe-worthy!

I have had dreams about ex-boyfriends or whatever and I always wake up glad that Don is my husband!!
